Love Mi Retail Loyalty Program

By agreeing to join Love Mi’s Loyalty Program, you will be agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions stated below.

I hereby apply to be a member of Love Mi's Loyalty Program and the information I provide to the Love Mi's Loyalty Program will namely enable Love Mi to: 
(a) keep track of my purchase records, 
(b) allocate points according to my purchase records, 
(c) update me periodically about Love Mi's sales program through which I may earn loyalty points, and, 
(d) update Love Mi's profiling of customer preferences so that Love Mi may be able to serve consumers better. 

I also consent to:
(a) Love Mi 's collection and use of the data required by Love Mi 's Loyalty Program application form, and, 

(b) the Love Mi's Loyalty Program terms and conditions set out below, and to Love Mi ’s data protection parameters set out below, and, 

(c) Love Mi sharing the same information within Love Mi's group of companies that are established worldwide, for the purposes stated above. 

LOVE Mi LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.The Love Mi Membership is part of the Love Mi loyalty program intended for use with Shop Till You Drop Pte Ltd by customers who register at our stores in Singapore only. The Love Mi loyalty program allows you to accumulate points, based on purchases you make at Love Mi stores. 

2.Love Mi's Membership Program is cardless, personal and non-transferable. 

3.Love Mi reserves the right to delete accumulated points from member accounts after an inactive period of 6 months. 

4.Your application herein will not be valid and cannot be stored in our system if the information provided on the membership registration form is incomplete and/or illegible, thereby rendering it unusable. Love Mi reserves the right to change at any time the conditions for issuing of the Love Mi Membership.

5.To check your points, add points during purchases,  please produce your Identity Card for verification as your Identity Card Number would be your unique membership number.

6. 1 Singapore Dollar spent  = 1 point, your points will be accumulated accordingly, and upon reaching 200 points, you will be notified for the $20 voucher on your receipt. It has to been redeemed within  6 months with a minimum spending of $50 on your next purchase in a single receipt.

7.This rebate voucher entitles you to a $20 reduction on account of all the products available for sale in Love Mi Stores, except for promotional and on sales products or unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions stated at the store. This voucher is available to you for the whole day, during store operation hours, and across all Love Mi stores in Singapore. To qualify for the discount, you must present the voucher along with your Identity  Card upon payment. You can use your right several times in one day. The voucher is deemed void if damaged or defaced and the company will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the voucher.

8. Redemption rebate cannot be combined. Each redemption is strictly $20 per receipt for a minimum of $50 spent in a single receipt.

9. The loyalty points accumulated by you cannot be transferred to any other customer nor exchanged for cash.

10.Love Mi reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and/or suspend the Love Mi Loyalty Program. In the event of such modification and/or suspension, Love Mi will notify its cardholders via email or postal mailing, as well as communicate this on our website. Customers will not receive any compensation from Love Mi in the event of modification or suspension of the Love Mi Loyalty Program. 

11.Customers who require Love Mi to delete the Customer's data from Love Mi 's database will forthwith lose any and all loyalty points accumulated by the Customer in that database.

12.Love Mi reserves the right to: 

(a) permanently disable or suspend the Love Mi Loyalty Program , in the event of fraud or attempted fraud by the Customer at any Love Mi stores and/or www.lovemishop.com or by the member's inappropriate use of the Love Mi Loyalty Program, and 

(b) terminate the Love Mi Loyalty Program for any reason whatsoever by informing members via email/mail as well as on our website. In which event, members will be given a period of 30 days to use up his or her loyalty points, and upon the expiry of the said period of 30 days, any balance loyalty points unused will be forfeited and invalidated. 

(c) In the case of a termination and/or suspension of the Love Mi Loyalty Program, Love Mi will NOT be liable to members for unused points.

13.Love Mi shall not be liable for any system malfunction, system failure or disruption in access to the Love Mi Loyalty Program , or any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the same.

14.Love Mi may at appropriate time and at its sole discretion revise these Terms & Conditions of use at any time by amending this page. Members are therefore advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes Love Mi has made. Members understand and agree that any use of the Love Mi Loyalty Program after the date on which the Terms & Conditions have changed are subject to the amended Terms & Conditions.

LOVE MI DATA PROTECTION PARAMETERS

1.Love Mi collects data from and about its Customers who join its Love Mi Loyalty Program only for the following purposes:

(a) to keep track of member's purchase records;
(b) to allocate points according to member's purchase records;
(c) to up-date members about Love Mi 's sales programs (eg. promotions, news, brand offerings etc) through which members may earn loyalty points;
(d) to up-date our profiling of member's preferences so that we may tailor our products and services to serve customers/members better;

2.Love Mi does not guarantee the accuracy of data collected by Love Mi from its Customers. Customers who wish to scrutinize, amend or delete data relating to him or her, may do so at our branches through our friendly fashion consultants.

3.Subject to clauses 4 and 5 below, Love Mi will not disclose Customers' data to any third party,

4.Love Mi will protect Customers' data for whichever is the earlier of the following:

(a) a period of 100 years after Customer's record is first created in Love Mi 's database records; or

(b) a period of 20 years after the death of a Customer.

However, if a person is no longer member of the Love Mi Loyalty Program for any reason whatsoever, Love Mi may delete Customer's data from the database earlier.

6.Love Mi shall be entitled to disclose customers/members' data to only the following:

(a) Love Mi 's solicitors for purposes of legal advice, settlement of dispute or litigation to protect Love Mi's interest;

(b) Love Mi ’s affiliate or subcontractors that managed Love Mi’s Loyalty Program;

(c) Persons involved in collecting a debt owed by that customer/member to Love Mi ;

(d) Persons identified in a Court subpoena in compliance with any Court subpoena;
(e) Any government institution who has made a lawful request for such data;
(f) To a statistician for scholarly or research purposes; or
(g) Where such disclosure is required by law.

7.Love Mi reserves the right to delete completely specific Customers' data from Love Mi 's database in the event that the said Customers' membership in Love Mi 's Loyalty Program is terminated and/or  is cancelled or terminated for any reason whatsoever. Love Mi reserves the right to delete all Customers' data in its database in the event that the Love Mi Loyalty Program is terminated for any reason whatsoever.

What is the ONLINE Loyalty Redemption Program About?

How does the Loyalty Redemption Program Work?
For every $1 spent, you earn 1 point in your account. For Example, every $100 spent will entitle you $5 credit. This can be used to offset from your next purchase. However there is a minimum purchase of $50 for redemption to happen. You can earn more points and offset the amount anytime you want! 

Any Restrictions that needs to be noted?

The points are valid for 3 months. 
Sale items will not have points rewarded.
Redemption is only valid for Full Priced Items.
Gift Vouchers purchased does not have loyalty points.

Are the points valid for retail purchase as well?

Nope, it is only valid for online purchases.This online program is Seperate and Different from the Stores Loyalty Program.

Retail and online Points cannot be mixed and are viewed and used differently.
